Turnaround time from deposit to delivery was quick considering the Christmas break as well. The installation at our factory was a tad tight for access into the room so they had to remove the motors and shrouds before delivery, again not a problem for them, they were more than happy to accommodate. From the initial phone call and visit up to their impressive factory to have a demo of the machine, to the installation day, nothing was too much trouble. I did my research into various companies for the type of CNC machine I wanted and was impressed with the reviews about Mantech and the fact that they have been around a good few years now.
